Mississppi State hired the first black head coach ever in the SEC, so I see no reason why Tennessee can't have a black head coach.

This forum is a represenitive of young and old, black and white, and I beleive we would all be in favor of TT being HC when its time. I would also like seeing TT moved into a more prevelant role in the offense. Say, Co-coordinator, like they were doing at Southern Cal. This would help him into the role of OC more smoothly in my opinion. If that indeed is the thinking of the AD.
