I'm wondering if Hart is waiting till tomorrow to announce since this is CPF time and does not wanna take anything from him and his accomplishments

Yeah. I remember the first time I truly thought we had no shot was against bammer and uga in 2010. It was a very sad feeling.

Don't get me wrong...we were huge underdogs to bammer and florida in 2009, but somehow even Lane gave me hope. It wasn't until Dooley's first year that I knew what it was like to have almost no expectation of a win.

Here's hoping we get back, and soon, to never thinking we should lose! :beerf:

We haven't beaten a #1 ranked team since 1985.

They must of meant that while Tennessee was ranked #1 for 5 games in 1998 they were 5-0 in those games.

Congrats to Coach Fulmer! A well deserved honor!

God i miss that man. While half of VN complains and acts like children over the last 5 years please remember that its all your fault. Ten wins a season just werent enough for you huh? Who would kill for a 10 win season now? I hate this fanbase so much sometimes. Big win for CPF. Real vols still miss you and wish you could come home!

Aside from the fact that there's about 3 things dead wrong with your post, lets keep the Fulmer debate out of this thread and just congratulate the man on a great honor.

Congrats to Coach Fulmer! Well deserved for a man that I thought did a fantastic job while coaching our Vols. I don't know if we will ever get a coach that can beat Fulmer's record, but who knows, anything is possible in football! We need a coach that can light a fire underneath our player's bottoms and get UT back to where it belongs!

They worded it as him being 5-0 all-time against #1 ranked teams, so I dunno, lol.

I am so glad Jimmie Johnson gets to stand up there and run his blow hole about the cowboys. They should have let coach Fulmer say a short speach.
