To the ones that say he will say no.... Do you know this as fact? Ever asked him?

Hmmm, didn't think so...

And yes... I'm 100% serious.. He'd take the job.. Itching to get back into coaching.. And would be a great asset on the recruiting trail with his history here.

He's a guy players instantly respect and has put a ton of O lineman in the league.

Wow the things that come out of peoples minds.......

Think then type.

Bad idea, he would never in hell take an OLine job to start with. Second he knows nothing about coaching an OLine for running the spread.

From the standpoint of putting together the best possible coaching staff, it is NOT a bad idea, but it is a highly impractical one. It presupposes that Fulmer would be able to subordinate his ego--and the fact that he has coached 17 yrs. at his alma mater, won 2 SEC titles there and a national championship--to a man that has never coached a down in the SEC.

Because Phil loves the university he wouldn't do it. Because Phil has self-respect he wouldn't do it. Because he is no dummy he wouldn't do it (if he came back in any capacity anything wrong would be pasted to him even unjustifiablyP: Ut fans don't seem to be the most reasonable lot).

I think the OC and DC are both coming from Cincinnati that looks to be about 95 percent for certain. The only way they wouldn't come is that they would turn the jobs down.

Fulmer is partly to blame for the shape that UT football has taken.
Do not want him doing anything where he is interactig with UT student athletes in a coaching enviroment.
:bad:
