Fulmer has been using the "this staff has won a lot of games" excuse for years. Forget the offense (for a moment): If Fulmer & Co. know what they're doing, let's see the Vols run a KO return or two out to the 30 yard line a game! They can't even get it the ball to the 20!--haven't for three years. Let's see the Vols block a punt--impossible because they don't try to block punts--or run a punt back even 20 yards. Special teams stink and they aren't rocket science--get the kids to get their heads of their rears and block people!
