Fulmer on selection committee?

College football is better with Fulmer in it. Would much rather he be involved in the process than some AP writer. He's been a part of football at the highest level and knows who deserves to be in the game and who doesn't.

Not a solid first post.....Shame you wasted it.

1. I don't need your approval/disapproval.
2. Shame someone talked out of their rear end and said something so spasmotic as "college football would be better off with Fulmer in it."
3. Point #2 is so...whimsical. Now that I think about it, the picture it paints brings tears to my eyes.

I think CPF would be a great addition to the selection committee,i would hate to see the media get involved with it,i don't really care for there input, since most of them just spew whatever it takes to get ratings and will vote what ever the company hiring them will want them to do,but it should be set up so that the coaches can't vote on the area where they coached at,like no south east teams for CPF

Allow me to let you in on something that will serve you well in the future: I started off like this in much the same way. Sarcastic no matter what the topic and just being an overall jerk. What I have come to realize over the course of time on this board is that most of these posters on VN have come to be my friends even though I've never met a single one in person. We all love our Vols though we may disagree from time to time. I still struggle with the urge to always be sarcastic and occasionally neative, but I would say I'm better than what I once was and I enjoy the board much much more because of it. TIFWIW.

Plus the fact that you have to be a blind hatred goof to not want a former coach who professes his love for the school at every opportunity on the selection committee.

I would like seeing Fulmer on the selection committee. Does anyone know how many people will make up the committee? It didn't say in the article so I am curious.
