Here's a fun stat for those that feel this team simply/only needs a Heisman level performance from the QB position to win games/championships:

Since 2021 Tennessee has 13 games giving up 30+ points, and went 3-10 in them. In the same time, Bama has 6, 1-5 in them, and UGA has 3, and is 2-1 in them. Defense is still key in winning championships, end of story.

Being good at both, is.

Nope first chapter. You also have to score points to beat them as was illustrate last year when we scored 52 against Bama.

No, you don't. Georgia would've won all but 3 games the last 3 years only scoring 28 points. This is the same as a basketball team only having a 3-point presence. This mindset of "we're fine as long as we get 42+ points" is why there's a mediocre defense out there that gets whipped by any team with a pulse. The most points outside those 3 games UGA has given up is 22. 28 points would not have been enough to win the 4 games lost this year. That's a HUGE problem that everyone is thinking Nico will fix. If this team lost 17-10 in all 4 games, then yeah, maybe he would be the fix. But NEEDING to score 42+ each and every week is asinine.
