I respectively disagree, sir or madaam. There is never, under any circumstance, anything douchey, about a bowtie, ever. Classy? yes. Douchey? negative. Especially on one of UT's greats. That's just my opinion though.

However there's nothing classy about not knowing how to tie one yourself. Pre-tied bow ties are a travesty.

Yes. I do not purchase them. I urge anyone purchasing bow ties to man up and learn how to tie them. It's the same reason I loathe zip-up four-in-hand ties.
