I wanted a side salad at Cracker Barrel tonight and the server said they didn’t have any lettuce because of contamination problems. Also my grandsons fiancé wanted mashed taters with her roast beef and they didn’t have any.

Missionary at my church growing up was also a gourmet chef/caterer when stateside. He never used lettuce. His salads were always fresh veggies only. And killer homemade dressings.
