Ha I probably had around 20 something. Then I bought the adapter so I could upgrade to cassettes. Technology is the bombdiggity.

I did that for tapes that I really liked, but I think that stoners were the only ones who would try to rewind all their tapes, over and over and over and over and over...

Brief as in a 20-minute buzz! It was only good for the bass way up on an Allman Brothers album and a giant bag of Ruffles. I went with other vices instead.

Maybe they should add “Do you keep rewinding blown-out cassette tapes?” to CAGE* questionnaires, etc.

*CAGE screening for alcohol abuse:
C Have you ever felt you should Cut down on your drinking?
A Have people Annoyed you by criticizing your drinking?
G Have you ever felt bad or Guilty about your drinking?
E Have you ever had an Eye-opener (a drink first thing in the morning to steady your nerves or get rid of a hangover)?

Two or more yesses are considered clinically significant, as in “Hmmm...”

Taking for breathing? I have to do them every 18 months or so when the asthma goes whacko. Amazing how good all joints (knees, hips, spine) feel. Almost worth the asthma bit.
