My brother and I used to nab them all the time in the creek. In a styrofoam cup. Catch and release. When I lived in Mississippi for a while, I couldn't believe they ate those mud eating critters. And they had the audacity to call them: crayfish. Not fish at all. Good bait, though.

Blasphemy!! We also suck hte juice outta the heads, some eat the eye balls. then, we save all the heads to scrape out the "mustard" and make another dish with that.

I feel like the Chinese should have employed this for interrogation. There was nothing worse than your mom brushing your hair with one of these and hearing ‘Would you hold still?’

So, when Mom was sick, and I was in 2nd grade, Daddy would send me down to the neighbor's house for Mrs. Hendrix to do my hair. She had 2 boys. Didn't do pigtails any better than Daddy.
