True story: I was teaching SPED students, combining spelling w math words into sentences. One of the words was "six." Kid wrote, "I have six penis." We had to work on the correct spelling for "pennies" next. Lawd, I wish I had kept that paper. I laughed my ass off!

had a student once write "puss on boney" for "put some bologna" (a "how to do a process" assignment, kid was trying to explain how to make a sandwich)
