Just doing some math for next year since the donation will be separate from football. If you have seats on the floor but not on the sideline and not directly behind the goal, tickets will cost 188 per seat per game for a game for two hours. These are way overpriced. Unlike football, it’s not an all day event. Vols basketball is fun and great but it is not worth that when you can buy sideline seats for a few games and probably spend less than 200 a seat per game. If you have tickets now, are you going to renew next year ?

On the floor? You mean where the Haslams and Thunder Thornton sit? They have the per seat per game money between their couch cushions or car ash trays.

There is a difference in not being able to afford something and it being over priced. I can’t afford them but if the ticket is sold I can’t say it’s over priced.

I’d like one of them $350 parking passes, but I probably need the exercise hiking in from the far away lot anyway.

We have seats in section 111 row 19 and next year tickets will cost $72.85 per game per seat. My father has worked for UT for nearly 40 years and will no longer get any kind of discount. We’ve had season tickets for years but this will most likely be the last year. They are driving away fans that have helped keep the program afloat over the years.

I could pay 150 per seat x 2 for five real good games and sit around mid court and cost me half what section 116 cost for two. I can probably can’t get to about 8 games anyway so will just not renew. Made sense to pay around 1000 for 2 because my football covered enough donation for 6 basketball tickets if I wanted. But this is an extra pop that makes zero economic sense. People can make five figure donations for football will not be turning it around and doing it again for basketball. I could do Braves season tickets for more games.

You wouldn’t need to? It’s $3k for 2 seats in lower corners, $3,500 for lower sideline, where’s the 5 figure number coming from?

I’m not one of them, but the seat license buyers that put up a huge portion of the money to build the TBA sure are being victimized by all of this. But they have no political leverage to push back with so they are no threat to the UTAD.

Yeah ... no. Yours may not have been bumped up yet - Ours got bumped to $5,000 per tic and just like Jacket - that's after a big football donation.

No football donation is required to acquire those bball tickets….and unless you’re sitting on the court your tickets aren’t $5k per ticket.

I don’t, but I’ll be there this Sunday side court 15 rows up 🤷🏻‍♂️

Not telling anyone how to feel, but some folks have bad info, these 2 both apparently do as no donation in football is required. There’s been multiple people I’ve corrected about their new ticket prices who had the wrong idea as to what they would now be charged….you rather bad info be spread around?
