They'll swing there. But keep in mind, Vols recruited Puckett as a WR, while he prefers to play DB, and that's where AU will play him.

Let him play where he wants to play. When he sees that he can't see the field as a DB then put him at WR. But, if he's a quality DB, leave him and coach him up.

He cancelled his OV to the UF game. Took an OV to Auburn last weekend and said afterward he was done with visits. He could've played safety or WR at UT. He has the speed we need, but he's an EE and has basically closed it down.

I don’t know anything about this kids situation, but it’s hard for me to imagine that any Auburn recruit has it closed down. If they end 7-5 or 6-6 with a coach that players families are mocking on social media, it’s going to be a pretty dicey situation. At the very least I would imagine there would be some staff shakeup. Maybe this kid wants to go to Auburn no matter what happens.

If the whole staff gets fired, that'll be a gamechanger. Some recruits are looking around; others have said they won't be signing early. As of now, Puckett has said he's not taking visits and will be signing with Auburn in Dec. Everything with recruiting is subject to change until a recruit signs.
