I actually still like our chances here. Don't get the Texas thing and if i recall correctly he was really high on or even committed to us early on.

He's a real target for that final DB spot. Vols have been in steady contact, got him on campus unofficially Saturday. Watson is no stranger to Tennessee either, having visited here countless times with the last two staffs. His family really likes Knoxville. He's a flip candidate, especially if he takes an OV here later in the year. We're catching up with the Grayson guys later this week.

Mystery CB confirmed

The GQ sleuths have figured out who it was. It was Watson, who visited this weekend and is a big-time target for the staff. He will likely take an OV here sometime later this fall or early December.

Geaux is THE guy with the inside track on this one.

Speaking of, Geaux do you know anything of Tyrion Davis, RB out of BR? He looks like a bruiser to me and think he is underrated. Has LSU surprised you, I think Ole Miss gives them a run this weekend.

Hole is just razzing me, I believe. All good there.

I do, and he is, indeed. ULab plays legit competition (for LA, anyway) and he is crushing people. LSU has surprised me. I think they’ve surprised everyone, especially in Baton Rouge. Didn’t see them beating MIA like that, DEFINITELY didn’t see them hanging around AUB, but here we are. Have no idea how to feel about ole miss. They tend to play up / down to opponents more drastically than anyone in the country. They also surprised me by asking me to apply for their Creative Services Coordinator gig that just opened up. Should know something about that by next week. We’ll see!
