It isn’t foolish to be hopeful when there is evidence to be hopeful. It would be foolish to think we are getting Spencer Rattler. It isn’t foolish to hope for a player who has been here and lists us in his top teams. Every guy with a TN hat on the table is a chance.

Its foolish to think we are going to flip a guy who never took an OV just because someone post a gif. Follow the visits and coaching visits and it's clear that this kid wasnt coming here. We no longer are able to recruit off of reputation or clout. It is all off of relationship.

There are successful schools out there that compete without signing top classes. It's not all doom and gloom, but its foolish to think we are going to sign "big fish". We haven't signed a big fish out of nowhere in the last 10 years.

I'm glad he is taking a shot at big time players but at some point he also needs to be realistic. You don't slow play kids like Anderson to only be left at the alter later. We aren't Bama. We aren't UGA. You don't build a team up from 5-7 by doing this.
