'19 GA DL Justin Eboigbe (Bama signee)

Four-star Alabama defensive end commitment Justin Eboigbe of Forest Park (Ga.) High School told me he didn't make it to Tennessee on Saturday for his scheduled unofficial visit for the Vols' homecoming game against Charlotte. Eboigbe suffered a broken nose Friday night during his final high school game, so that sort of threw off his weekend plans.

Eboigbe said he's now planning to return to Tennessee on Saturday for its home game against Kentucky. He's not sure yet whether it will be an official or unofficial visit, but he said there's a good chance the Vols will get one of his official visits in the coming weeks. He said he most likely will sign in December, and he's currently planning to take official visits to Miami the weekend of Dec. 7 and Alabama the weekend of Dec. 14.

Would have been nice to have him on campus the same time as Wayna and Owen, but this is a legitimate opportunity to beat a ranked team.

We're always "IN" on studs. We just never close the deal. Happens every year, we're in top 2-3 on a lot of guys and miss

Well, the more studs we're in on, the better the odds of landing a few. We've had a lot as has been noted. Are you really wanting for us to not be in on any because in the past we didn't get as many as you wanted? Or are you just wanting people to not get excited that we may land some because you don't want to get excited then be disappointed?

I'm just simply stating that we're always in on top talent guys, but never seem to finish. The guy I quoted made it sound like this is new territory. That's all
