Why not? Best competition for OL and feeds the 2s to work harder. DL isn't a huge "chemistry" unit, so I really see no downside to getting your best 1s vs 1s all Spring.

If Soloman is cleared that will be huge. Soloman, Williams, and Gooden as the starting 3 makes us very stout up front but it also means we have quality depth with the way some of the younger guys are progressing.

A lot of teams have their nose and 3 tech interchangeable, so we could have Soloman and Gooden out there but your 5 needs to be a little smaller, quicker, have some bend.

Year 1 our guys got pushed around on both sides of the ball. I look for them to go bigger at the 5 on early downs to help prevent that this year. Year 2 we need to at least stalemate guys at the line, and hopefully year 3 we dominate in the trenches.
