A Maryland transfer was just announced eligible at Kent State this past week.

Nobody even knows when all the paperwork got in. Michigan has time to comment as well.

You shouldn’t even have to sit a year. They’re not really hurting anything. This was just a bad year because the AA rushed a transfer ruling.
