How there is no SOP, with set designated "early" (maybe better than a week before season start) deadlines for these bureaucratic corrupt pos to have to adhere to is utterly mind numbing and baffling.

It's pretty crappy to put these kids in these situaions when these decisions could be made within a few days of a kid's decision to transfer. How long does it take to do this? I would think that they could probably wrap up 95% of them all at one time in one day.

Iirc correctly Martell used the scandal and the change of head coach as part of his waiver request

I never thought he'd get it and never understood why everyone was so sure. The only reason we've heard is that he was forced to play in 5 games and waste his redshirt. Doesn't seem like that great of an argument. I get that others have got it for less but doesn't mean ish with the NCAA.
