Then there is Trezman Marshall who has been committed to Georgia for quite a while. He has continued to take visits and some have had Alabama as a dark horse for Marshall. After talking to people late in the week, we believe it’s a clear Tennessee and UGA battle with Marshall extremely torn. The tie to Kevin Sherrer is playing a pivotal role.

Was probably headed that direction regardless. Lakia Henry likely won’t be part of this class.

Marshall was going to be a Vol regardless, all the UGA recruits knew Tucker has been wanting a HC job for awhile and was short term. The position coaches, Pappoe as well as some former VFL’s.

i really hope we can get him on board. the potential of having Pappoe and Marshall in this class.

oof. Linebacker would be set. i mean, you do that, and you land the OL we're trying to land, and we basically address two of the biggest needs on the roster in one class. would be HUGE.

not gonna speak for him, but the last thing i read about Marshall, he was quoted as saying he really liked TN and that they were definitely a consideration. that he was truly torn on what to do (stay w/UGA or flip).

now, could just be the moment got him too much and he's had time to re think or whatever. but the way he left it in that interview, he seemed like he was definitely back in decision making mode, and really not sure what to do.

based on that alone, i'd at least put the odds at 50/50.

of course, things chanage. definitely would be nice to get him back on campus and confirm all those good feelz he had.........:)

Ga and Bama feel extemely confident on Dean. There is a darkhorse in play, Ole Miss.

Rumor is Bama LB coach is leaving for OM, possibly as their DC. That might be enough to catapult OM in the drivers seat.

Dean won’t be determined till hires are made and in-homes are done. Smart was going in-home this week with Dean but now will be the last in-home visit for Dean.
