Assuming that he is a player that plays hard to get and enjoys the recruiting process.Tennessee wants to add another linebacker and have a couple flips in mind. USC linebacker commit Jadon Perlotte is still on the board. There have been times where it looked like the Peach State four-star would be a Vol ahead of his July 30 commitment to the Trojans. Perhaps he still will. That one is not over.

we dont know just a guessI assume this is who AP and @KingVFL are referencing

Is there a chance he flips, though?
I feel like Josephs could improve his draft status with another year but idk. Probably depends on his financial situation.Random, but I wonder if Edge is a position of need? Are they any edges we missed on??
There could be a scenario where both Pierce and Josephs go pro.
55 total tackles, 4 PDs, 4 sacks, 2 FF, 2 FR in his career and this year isn’t done yet. Pretty dang good numbers for a career backup.
Not sure there’s much more to show.
After that you have Herring, Ross, Okoye. I bet Josephs gets a grade but doesn’t declare. I could even see JP staying to get a little bigger. He’s more like a Myles Garrett style player but 30 pounds lighter. That’s a toughieRandom, but I wonder if Edge is a position of need? Are they any edges we missed on??

It is surprising that we don’t really have any edge guys in this class. Feel like it would be smart to get at least one unless they think Okoye behind Herring/Ross will be enough (in the scenario Josephs and Pearce go)I was just asking because of this mystery recruit….unless y’all figured it out 100% that it’s Morris
If Pearce is a Top 10 Lock (like many think he is) he definitely out of here. After that you have Herring, Ross, Okoye. I bet Josephs gets a grade but doesn’t declare. Pearce will be encouraged to go I would suspect. I’m sure the staff would love to have him back another year but he’s bare minimum a first round guy if not a top ten guy if he stays healthy. Pearce coming back for another year would mean a lot for the team but him becoming a top ten pick might even help the team more in the future. If Pearce is a Top 10 Lock (like many think he is) he definitely out of here.
I think Josephs is back, he stats don't tell his true impact but he currently has 0 sacks on the year. Josephs, Herring, and Ross (who I think will make a JPJ type jump in Year 2) should suffice for 2025. Would need a young guy to step up to be that 4th Edge for depth.
Hopefully over the next 2 games we can get Ross some real run.
