Fwiw Perry has played a meaningful role last two yearsNeed this kid to contribute as a freshman next season.
Need Ed Spillman to get healthy.
Need Jalen Smith to keep improving.
Carter is already creeping on being next-level
Telander is solid.
We need more talent though. Gass and Harmon will be needed badly next season
Wow! That's efficiency.Harmon had 3 carries for 29 yards and 3 TDs last night in a 35-7 win over New Manchester.
On Oct 11 against Lithia Springs and playing only in the 1st half, Harmon finished with 8 solo tackles, a sack, 2 QB pressures, a forced fumble, a 20-yard fumble return, an interception returned for a TD, a rushing TD, and a 50-yard punt.
This is A. Carter jr. Same type of athleticism with more frame. What a Talented Football Player. He is no doubt to me high 4 Star talent. He is athletic enough to play that 3rd LB on Field that can still cover in Pass even though we play Star an Extra DB but certain games he would fit in nicely in this role. He will have a major impact on for Tennessee Football One day. Acts 4:11-12
I see he’s posted stats.Fwiw Perry has played a meaningful role last two years
Well to his credit he’s typically used on 3rd downs as a coverage linebacker and to maintain the edge so he probably will never put up wild stats. He was pretty solid last year but it’s been rough this year to my naked eyeI see he’s posted stats.
I just can’t ever remember him making an impactful play. He’s obviously a good kid- morally speaking.
But I’ve never seen him make a sack, int, or QB pressure. for an under recruited 3 star I think he’s played up to his rankings, (not meant as an insult, because he was a low 3 star)
I’m much higher on Telander than Perry - as we all are. However, I think guys like Harmon, Gass bring a whole new dimension to our defense, that will take us to the next step
He's usually in when we run the 4-3 which is seldom too. Done really well with filling gaps on the run and forcing it inside to the teeth of the defenseWell to his credit he’s typically used on 3rd downs as a coverage linebacker and to maintain the edge so he probably will never put up wild stats.
