'20 GA OL Tate Ratledge (UGA commit)

Calm down @Sleegro & @benholt06 lol

Attack each other after he signs with uga (Big IF, hopefully he doesn't sign with them)

As of now, it should be ALL love in here. We got our foot back in the door and he's contemplating his decision.

If OD brings his nonsense over in this thread, then yal may proceed to attack each other again (regardless what Ratledge does) lol

You shut up too. Haha. You better put some respeck on my name.

He’s got a basketball game tonight and tomorrow night. He’s going to skip his OV and take some time to weigh his options. That is just my personal belief. I have no inside sources other than OD.

A guy on Georgia's 247 board knows a coach at Darlington. He is saying of Tate:

"This coaching change has really made things difficult for Tate...hopeful that we can hang on to him, but the vibe I got was that it was going to be tough."

Don't fact check it

There is already a link somewhere on the thread to that post at the UGA board, your second paragraph is the UGA poster's "vibe" from talking to Tate at the basketball game last night, not info from a coach of his.

From Hubbs on VQ:

Ratledge is going to go to UGA unofficially today and save his official for January.
That sucks..it is smart on his part, but it sucks. This is obviously a smart kid that doesn't want to make a snap emotional decision...

Sadly I think it means he will stick with UGA. It seems like he is looking for any and all reasons to.

Best news we could hope for at this point. I think it bodes well for us.

I think most would say this is great news. If he was going to UGA wouldn't he have made his visit for today official so he could go ahead and sign Wednesday? Instead he's saving it so he can dare I say visit Knoxville before NSD?

For such a smart guy you sure whiffed on this one McGill.

If sticking he'd just sign Wednesday... This huge... Good news... For us. Well get him on campus now... Boom worthy imo

We need to get him on campus. That's the next big step. Delaying his official to UGA is a good first step, but now we get him on campus, maybe get his friend Coop to hang out with him, maybe Nieds. If he grew up a UT fan, we need to sell him on that. Hell, maybe Peyton could arrange an "accidental" visit at the same time. Imagine his dad running into Phil and Peyton.
