I don't understand the attraction to Auburn. If there wasn't a major SEC University in that town, it would be like living in Jackson, TN, and being from the surrounding areas I can say I wouldn't want to live in a town like that. The university there is basically the only attractive feature as far as I know.... Knoxville isn't huge, but the area is very pretty.
