Yeah we are all assuming. NCAA doesn't snoop because if message board rumors. They snoop because someone turned someone in or some new crew does an investigative article like yahoo used to do

They've already been installed at birth but you can buy the control codes. Not sure about bulk discounts but you can enter Sleegro10 at checkout and get 10% off yer order.
