Lol point being is just because he is a “5-star” doesn’t make him elite. If coaching staff saw something they didn’t like, then so be it. We have other guys coming in who are better.

I do understand your point...however, I still don’t think we are in any position to turn away a player with his rating. Not all 5* stars are equal, but it doesn’t hurt to take him. I just don’t believe we would say no

Played linebacker in high school...Chavis tried him out at DB and went to linebacker in a nanosecond. Both Notre Dame and UT recruited him as a LB and that was his top two.
