Our new OC managed to turn Brandon Weeden into a top pick so development is no longer an issue.

Weeden had almost identical numbers in his JR year as he did under Monken his SR year, so no, Monken didn't do that.

Weeden was also 28 years old while playing against college kids and only the Browns would be stupid enough to take him in the 1st round.

Whitehead's team worked PAC this year and shut them out 24-0. Vandagriff lost to every good team he played this season playing A private school football.

If you follow the ranks of Georgia football, the top single A private teams have very good players. At least 1/3 of the teams BV played had / has 4-5 D1 offered players. Not all 4 and 5 stars but very competitive. Just better football than most other states...
BV didn’t have many weapons around him this year but he did take the 4 peat state champs to overtime in the playoffs. I agree with @secking that his ceiling is high even if he is not always impressive in person or film. Not sure he is the best pro style in the ‘21 class but the pundents aren’t that far off.
But enough about him, career ending decision by picking the bridesmaids...
