I think it's from the espn ranking messing with composite ranking. I don't think 247 dropped in their own ranking.

He is listed as the number 2 ps qb. The individual profile position rankings haven't updated for some reason.

Rivals isn't as good as 247. There is no anti UT conspiracy though.

I believe the reason is JG, who will probably redshirt this year and start the following 4 years. Don't think Trevor wants any part of JG. Just my opinion.
