I'm back with a couple eval notes on QB commit Harrison Bailey.
Watched him the past several days and wanted to give you my thoughts.
I've seen Bailey several times in person and he's continued to get stronger physically. His arm strength is at a very elite level right now and he can fit the ball in tight windows downfield and the ball gets there in a hurry. I like his timing on the advanced throws downfield and his downfield accuracy. His touch throws on the outside have been impressive as well the past couple days. I like how he throws the ball outside the numbers.
I think the only concerns or negatives would be how stationary he is as a passer. He doesn't move around a lot in the pocket. And his throwing motion can get a little quirky because of his elbow slot at times. The throwing motion can be of little concern because theres been plenty of great QB's with different throwing motions and it can be corrected. I think at the next level, it will just come down to him getting the ball out quick because he's so stationary and taking care of the ball. He's shown he can do those things so far when I've watched. I'm excited to watch him in the future.
