Hopefully he sticks to fsu, but something tells me it’s not over for him to end up at uga

I'm doubtful he ends up at UGA. Even if hadn't signed with FSU, Auburn was probably second choice. There are a few HS's in GA with their own set of "influencers" and UGA doesn't have a good track record in those places. Buford is one of them.

It was an interesting recruitment to follow for the last couple of weeks. But when I saw Nate Frazier schedule his commitment announcement one day after Bolden's, I had a strong suspicion that Georgia wasn't expecting to get Bolden. I don't see that changing between now and signing day.

So what position will this kid play in college? He was originally listed as a safety, but 247 now lists him as a WR.

Your point is?

I’ll take my chances against fsu if it means uga is weakened and the door for the east is slightly more open. GO VOLS

I understand the sentiment. I've even seen several Georgia and Auburn fans say something similar; better FSU than our rival. The way I look at it, the east is dead, and the future look of the SEC is still far from clear.

I don't think we'll see another run of SEC success like Bama had the last 15 years, too many big football programs that are desperate to compete for superiority. It may take on more of an NFL feel, where rivalry games don't mean as much as just surviving whoever is next on the schedule. I certainly can't rule out FSU and/or Clemson becoming major contenders if they end up in the SEC.

It's hilarious the way they are melting down on their 247 board. They've still got the #1 class by a wide margin though, so definitely no reason to feel sorry for them. Buford kids seem like they always spurn UGA and interestingly that's where Raiola is transferring to.

They have the least football knowledge of any fanbase in the country, that's for sure. The best thing that could happen to us is for UGA to have to start listening to their own fans regarding strategy. Kirby wins enough that he gets to ignore their "suggestions", but those dumbazzes wanted to bench Stetson Bennett up to the very end despite him delivering for them over and over. If a player plays good for UT, we generally appreciate him, not there though.
