So we could be hiring a AD that may be leaving a repeat violator?

I saw this on ESPN, and I did not know anything was going on with GT. I was about to also say, I do not think we will or should hire an AD that would not cooperate with NCAA.

It's also the primary reason their AD should no longer be considered for UT's AD position.

My understanding as well. UT may still get severe punishment. If they do, if you dance, you gotta pay the band.

Agree completely on AD comment.

So if this is the punishment you get for $312 and being dismissive of the NCAA, what's the penalty going to be for $25,000 and trying to get fake scouting information to support said $25k after the fact?

Exactly. If they hire this Cat, it shows the direction we are headed. I'm really hoping they don't botch this hire.
