That’s when we started hearing more pro Tennessee chatter. If Rusty reporting that he isn’t done then I’m not sure. Rusty is the best in the business in my opinion. Genuine, down to earth guy that just gets it. I don’t think prospects get mad over CB’s. At the end of the day they control that decision. They can make the predictors look foolish. However, I think their should be a limit placed on how close they make them and how often they can swap them. With Bailey, it was an influx to Tennessee within 24 hours and most considered him a Michigan lean. So obviously something changed that made them change their pick, and the answer is simple- it got out in their network where he was going.

And just to add to a limit of some sort. 13 CB’s poured in for Bailey within about 16 hours of his decision.
