'19 GA WR Jadon Haselwood (Oklahoma commit)

Unfortunately he didn't have enough players that cared enough to keep 11 disciplined players on the field at the same time. They were in such bad shape one off season training was not enough. These problems would have been here for any coach.

It's also not a quick fix to break 2-4 years of being taught bad habits.

Agree to disagree. I thought the discipline this year was mediocre, especially at the end.

You don't change a program's culture in one season, especially when a program has been a dumpster fire for over a decade. I'm not anointing Pruitt as UT's savior, but it seems that some fans expected him to snap his fingers and win 10 games this season. As we've seen with the men's b-ball program, building a winning team takes time.

Nope, just 6-6.

Yeah, that's the truth. Kirby won 8 games with GA's 10 win roster his first year and then the next year they exploded. I don't expect us to have a championship year obviously, but I expect a big jump next year from where we are.

I heard on the radio before the season started where they were looking at win totals of first year coaches. Almost all of them, I mean, there was only a couple of exceptions like what's his face at Auburn who got Cam Newton, but almost all of them either equaled or finished less than the previous years win total. This past year doesn't really tell us anything. I am concerned about how we got blown off the field the last two weeks tho, but Fulmer said we ran out of gas and out of players. I can believe it. But I won't start questioning Pruitt unless we don't see improvement next season.

I have no idea, but if I were an opposition coach, i’d Be constantly telling him that Pruitt wants a ball control ground and pound offense with a conservative passing game.
Yeah but we aired it out against Auburn. I’m hoping for more of that
