Yes I agree. Sounds like UGA coaches and their recruiters were selling to him how Chaney could use him in the offense. So he probably felt like he was being recruit to play for a coach that wouldn’t even be there if he did in fact keep his commitment.

This dude is going to be a problem. He may be good but I think there is going to be an issue wherever he plays. Just my opinion and could be wrong but might have dodged something.

Timing doesn't line up with what he says unless he knew weeks ago that Chaney was leaving for the Vols.

It would line up if we consider the fact that Chaney was in discussion for our OC job for a little while. UGA was still trying to recruit him in December.
