Several commits have started the season strong. Travis Smith is one of those. It was reported on Thursday that he was going to visit Auburn this weekend per our On3 teammate Jeffrey Lee. Thursday night, Smith's father told Volquest that they were not making a trip to the plains to see the Tigers.

Jeffrey Lee is an over-the-top homer and absolutely the worst operator of any recruiting website. I'll never forget him doxing a member on the old Auburn Rivals website just because he felt personally insulted. He's going to say that Travis is visiting, and probably even that Auburn is going to flip him, until it doesn't happen. F that guy.
