Hey, I think both teams are playing great games. Granted, I haven't been able to watch closely every second, but I have only seen both teams hustling and fighting for a win. Good stuff.

Mistakes I saw that could've easily be corrected Marta two turnovers and a charge in about one minute if play. Jordan Walker refusing to give up the ball to Jackson for an easy layup. Marta might have to sit the rest of the day if she makes more bonehead mistakes like she made in that one minute. Jordan Walker I'm telling her pass that ball to Jackson don't try to be a hero.

I like the idea of consistent 5 in 5 out groups
we do have two full sets of teams that could start for most programs
the only backlash is deep bench is only used in blowouts and "spark plugs"
I guess the deep bench will just have to accept the challenge and fight for their court time.

I hope Coach Kis showing resourcefulness in this stategy, using the highest amount of players effectively. I hope she stays with this strategy.
I will take the gradual growth
as long as the growth is forward

Really exciting to see us get after a team like that. I hope we can keep it up that was energizing to see them play that hard.

I'm hoping she feared she was too far in and couldn't see that a pass would be better instead of simply ignoring Jackson. Kellie will have questions when they watch the film.

Great energy to end the half , still not understanding why the ball was not in horstons hands on that last play. We couldn't even get a shot off ended with a pick and roll with Powell and Key turned over because going around the ball screen powell did not wait for key and key kicked the ball. Overall were not looking bad , but we need to come out consistent in the 2nd and what the hell has happened to TK ? Has the board comments really affected her play that much ? Geeze...

These are simple plays and mistakes that continue to stop momentum.

She’s done this numerous times every game, I’ve even mentioned it before.

Yeah i saw that too , it seemed he was trying to tell Kellie something about that last offensive play and coach said "not now" then he seems to throw a hissy fit going back to the bench and sitting by his lonesome. We don't need that . She's the coach period.

Much better energy on both ends. Jackson & Horston trying to get teammates involved (Tess was the beneficiary and rewarded the nice passes). Some boneheaded turnovers trying to dribble through traffic or pass with defender right beside them. Not finishing an easy two on one break.

Eliminating those unforced errors that are just brain lapses will shave points from opponents. Those are individual errors that should have been eliminated in middle school. Everybody will occasionally dribble off foot, step on baseline, miss an assignment, drop an easy pass. But getting panicked or letting down your guard when there's really no pressure is just carelessness. Players should do their own penance for that...their pride should force them to work on those things (after the game...got to have a next-play mentality during).

Our less-quick players are going to have to overplay slightly to their opponent's favored side. Got to trust the scouting report and know who can hit the step back and who likes to take you on the drive.

Overall, positive signs so far. TK just has to get aggressive. Fouling out is the least of her problems. She can do it.
