How can the starting lineup find any kind of rhythm, if they’re getting yanked out the game soon as they start to hit a groove?

Probably because they have 8 turnovers and are playing the most minutes while losing to Memphis at the half.

spears was that person in the first until kellie messed with the lineup. spears barely played in the second quarter.

Memphis players are basically running (anticipating) TN’s half-court offense every trip down the floor.

Spear was playing great and she gets taken out of the game.
Let players stay in a rhythm.
Stop overcoaching every aspect of the game.
This team is severely overcoached that’s why a player can go from averaging 19.5 points to not even being able to reach double figures.

We have to win this or we need to completely start the program from bottom. You can't lose to this type team at home. I figured it would be difficult Rickea opens up the offense for everybody.

They know if they cover Speer like a blanket, they are willing to take the risk with Darby on 3's. I'd love the "spread out & drive to the basket" that someone mentioned, but just not sure who, as our PG's are munchins.

I'm assuming that you are referring to Wells. She hasn't adjusted yet to the step up in competition the way Spear has.
Quite frankly, she hasn't played well to date. It's a long season and she may find her stride. But she certainly hasn't yet.
