Continuously drawing up plays for Spearman as if she will keep making the right decisions with the ball is terrible coaching. Flashing red warning signs when it comes to this staff and set play designs

Beginning to think this system is just a gimmick at this level. It’s not D2 ball.

She seems to be very passionate about winning. If thats true and I have no reason to believe its not, I expect to hear about her going back to the drawing board in the off season on this scheme.

Its not 100% of the problem, but the hockey line substitutions I believe are a part of the reason for these big early deficits that have probably cost them 2-3 wins, home hosting and a bye for SECT
