It's a lot of both. It feels as if Tennessee is having to push themselves at or beyond their normal limitations to try to stay in this right now, and that just leads to breakdowns in judgment, and then you're pressing and it's like fresh meat for whistles. Agree about the legitimate mistakes though. The missed opportunities are unfortunate. Losing because the other team is better is one thing, but losing because you underperform is ... pfew. Tough.

be realistic . Dawn has been there for years, with time to build and polish the program. That doesn’t happen in 2 years.

Yup and she's not going anywhere, so we have to hire the person that can do it in 2 years. She and anyone going forward has to know that up front.

If she doesn't make it the hires she made for her first staff were her downfall. You just can't take that risk with unproven commodities and she did.
