Miami is spanking Ga. Tech..I didn't see this coming

I thought it might just because Miami had the athletes to stack the box and prevent that triple option crap from working. No more worrying about mixing up passes with the run. Ponder shredded them because there was a mixture. Tossing it all over them.... also didn't surprise me after watching what Miami/FSU did to each other and Duke/Virginia losing to FCS team. I am usually on the money or completely wrong in my thinking though. I thought the game could have been a blow out either way. So I guess I left myself open to be right this game. :whistling:

Jacory Harris is a sophomore FYI, and The U may be back.. The jury is still out on their D. If they win 1 of the next 2 then they're in good shape for a 10 win season.

Yup, he sure is. We all know VT has a D, but Miami plays any defense whatsoever with no stupid turnovers I see them upsetting VT, which in my mind really is not an upset. The only reason an ACC team should be a favorite is when they by default play another ACC team.

i think this has far more to do with gtech's defense sucking balls then it does miami being "back." i've never seen so many open receivers in my life.

True, it has looked the same against FL St and Tech, wide recievers running everywhere. But Miami's recievers are all athletic, and the shortest is 6'3" I think they said last night. If you play spread and roll them all out, they will be open quite often. VT should be a great measurement against exactly how good the offense really is.
