We have been told the coaches want her to be big and slow, and we are not to question it.

Joined in second quarter. But there was a couple of minutes with Horsten out where we may have run out the slowest five in TN history. KK, TK, Rennie and Suarez. Burrell must be like no seriously.

Scary thing is. This is how we played the last two games. Only difference is that we don’t have Rennia’s 8-10 points in that first half. Difference between being down 11 and down 1 or so. The turnovers have been better but they are still our Achilles heel. So many really bad ones tonight.

This game is a preview of what next year will be without Davis. And it’s not good.

I disagree. They’ve been off for a while and even in the KH Show it was stated the focus was different because it seemed it had to be. I think they’ll come out in the second and fair better but I’m not too optimistic about a win here without Rennia. It’s Marta’s first game back so Who knows. They’re gonna play zone to make us shoot so they need to not force it, move the ball, and shoot. Leave Darby out there to do some work today if you trust her. Sit salary today.

Salary was totally overmatched. Same with Darby. And it is not just because they are inexperienced.

Burrell, Key, and Davis are all at another level than anyone Kellie has signed.

She has them playing better, but it won't matter if she doesn't bring in equal or better players.

Yes. A lot of the oboards they got are ones Rennia cleans up. She’s our best player as far as pursuing the rebound goes. The rest get the ones that fall to them. She’s usually the one going and getting those in no mans land.

This SECN+ is GHETTO. It’s like I’m watching public access of a high school basketball game with staticky shite mics, no commercials, and weird score tracker graphics!

Interesting take. We are watching on ESPN SEC+ and thought, wow, no commercials is cool, and the announcer is actually calling the game (albeit from a UK view). What a relief from the likes of Dickie V on the men's games where he talks about everything but the game you're watching. Even the play by play guy can't get a word in on those.

You're not going to get any win if the Coach doesn't come to her senses and let Horston bring the ball up court. This is the worst guard play that I have ever seen, and why is Key on the on the bench so much. Horston was on the bench most of the 2nd quarter, and we turned it over most every time down court. She needs to start showing me that she is the coach for us Suarez, Walker, and Salary are not going to win this game, put in your players that will give us a chance, and also Kushkituah is having a terrible game

Ugly, ugly, ugly. Hard to watch.

Sudden onset serial turnovers, one of our familiar tricks. Let's see if the coaches can snap them out of it, We're obviously badly shorthanded and outmanned, decimated really. Does not look like Marta should be playing. But we can still be way better than this. Tamari picking up her second foul by fouling a 3 point shooter about sums it up.

Not helped by the fact that we are just poor shooters, particularly our guards. Can't even shoot free throws. Occasionally we get hot, but basically, we have no reliable, consistent shooters.

The second half would be the perfect opportunity for Jordan Horston to finally be the player we think she can and should be. I've been patient, but young lady, your career is dang near at the half way mark. You've played big minutes in something like 45 college games. We need you right now. Zip your lip at the refs, we've seen you do this before, and help this team!

We would be happy to only lose by 11!! As someone mentioned leave Darby in and let her fog up every time, that is unless they continue to avoid throwing the ball to her which happened 3 times she was open that i remember!
