Somehow the picture of no. 11 sure makes her look powerful and like she is having fun. (not to mention very nice looking;))

I'm sure this game means something to both her and Sara being from Alabama. However we know that Karoline's family is all about Auburn lol (except i believe they said when it comes to LV basketball LOL... i'm sure they have grown to at least tolerate UT sports since their daughter goes here 😂)

We can watch the Vols play their Bowl Game & then move over to watch the Lady Vols game.
I'm hoping it'll be a VOLS WINNING Day all around. We need to beat Alabama though every chance we can get. We've certainly have had our troubles with them in the past trying to win against them.

A lot of SEC games are being postponed left and right hoping our players and our opponents can avoid this

The rule of being made to play if they have 7 available will likely cut down on cancellations. Next step is to do away with the “contact tracing.” You’re either sick or you’re not. Quarantining healthy people does no good.

Play ball!

Teams will still be trying to skirt the rules with contact tracing if one of their better players is out sick. Tired of seeing teams cherry picking their games based on who they have available.

Us included. Idc if we have to play South Carolina with the Freshman and Emily. If we have enough to play, play!

They badly beat a much, much stronger version of this team last year. Alabama is rebuilding. This will be a routine win for the LVs.

I suspect so as well. They don’t have the size to compete with us. Also not a very strong rebounding team as a whole. Teams who don’t rebound will have a very tough time against us this season. This group of Lady Vols will crash the boards!

Definitely should win, but I've seen us lose to them before when they weren't very good. At least Kellie has us back on the winning track against them.
Been awhile since Tennessee has lost to team that they should have routinely beat, like was often the case during the Holly era (say what you want, but UGA was a solid team last season). I think Kellie has gotten the team up to playing to their level vs. the level of their competition.

I’m still gun shy about games like this but I’m gaining more and more confidence in this team and staff.

We routinely had issues with teams as bad as Chatty and ETSU. The Stetson game a few season ago comes to mind. And losing to a terrible Vandy team on our home floor. We didn’t lose that Stetson game but they tried really, really hard.

Used to play down to opponents terribly. Especially this season I’m not seeing it at all. Sometimes they’re nervous and play tight to start games. But they aren’t playing like the Lazy Vols as I was prone to calling them at the time. 😬

Those memories have a tendency to stick with us. Even when we had the better talent, they were a handful and we lost several games to them. Embarrassing but we’ve gotten better the past couple of years. Alabama has the best coach they’ve ever had and she will get them as ready to play as she can. Would love to see our Alabama ladies show out.

Andy Brock (play-by-play) and LVFL Kamera Harris (analyst) will be on the call for the SECN+ broadcast.

The contest also can be heard on Lady Vol Network radio stations and by audio stream, with Mickey Dearstone behind the microphone. Now calling the action for his 23rd season, Dearstone is joined by studio host Bobby Rader.

Super excited for Kamera! I don’t believe I’ve seen/heard her call a game.

I haven’t heard her call a game either. I always thought she was a well spoken and intelligent young woman.

Kamera also has great bone structure. Beautiful woman and will look great on television. Shouldn’t matter as much as it does. But if she’s good on the call she could have a great career ahead of her.

Maria Taylor didn’t make it to the top on her sport talk chops alone. That’s a beautiful woman and the camera loves her. Hopefully the same for Kamera!
