The crazy thing is UT could easily win this game in the second half. It's just a question of if they can put a decent half together. Anyone think we can still make the tourney with a loss to LSU if we win the rest of the way then lose in sec quarters?

So I'm in the crowd that does not subscribe to the "let Diamond do her thing" crowd. I think that strategy will never allow the LVs to beat the better NCAAW teams.

HOWEVER - in this game - against a team with inferior talent - it might be good to let her start creating and improvising. The rest of the team seems to not be ready to play yet.

I don't see how Holly can have any supporters left (I'm talking coaching wise not personally) I'm sure Pat is a little disappointed in her as well, say what you want about Nikki (and I am not saying she is a great coach) but what she has shown with a team full of players who probably couldn't play anywhere else is far greater than anything Holly has shown us this year

This will be the worse loss of the year even worse that Va. Tech at home when we scored 43 points. Somebody has to knock down some outside shots and I don't see it being Nared, Reynolds, Carter, or even Cooper consistently so Holly either needs to go to Dunbar and possibly Middleton to hit some outside shots or this want change. They are not going to let us score a lot inside no reason to just pack it in tight make us score outside.

Sounds like everyone else. Dunbar plays as good on defense as Reynolds, Diamond and Russell

We go into every game wondering who is going to score enough points for us to win? We are totally offensively challenged never seen anything like it on a Lady Vol team.

The problem with Caldwell is what has she been doing down there. She has decimated the talent with poor recruiting. The same road Holly is sending us down now.

The second half will tell us if the players have completely quit on her or not. They sure weren't inspired in the first half. If she reads them the riot act at the half and they still sleepwalk through the second half then the writing is on the wall.

LSU has been horrible all season against yet they are playing a season high game against Tennessee... Tsk tsk tsk

We lose this game for SURE we drop out of the top 25 and it may require a 1st or 2nd place finish in the SEC tournament to make the NCAA. With more than 10 losses and two to teams with losing records, it won't look good to the committee.

And honestly with the way we are playing even if we make the tournament, who do we beat?

If I see Nared, Moore, Carter, Cooper,and Graves start not at all sure who were going to score any points. They are not going to let Graves get the ball inside and Moore is easy to push around. Who of the three guards can shoot consistently from the outside? We'll see how it goes.

8 of 27 from the floor. 2 assists, 10 turnovers at the half. All against one of the SEC bottom dwellers. As bad as the coaching is, the players have to have some pride in the way they play. It isn't showing yet. Maybe the second half. All we would need is 10 good minutes of team ball and we could win this game. Am I asking too much ?

we don't deserve to make the tournament this year. let a team that actually wants to win and cares about playing hard go instead.

I wish we could play a D that makes her less of a liability. She is money and I think perks us up. We need some Jackson too. Why not at this point ??
