they suck goat :) a lot of cheap fouls,is doing nothing for the game,i couldn't see it happening on the first game,since it was on the internet,i don't get the best picure on it

It's ridiculous. Oh well, I like watching games, so I'm cool with them being longer now. Just wish it was for a different reason.

Man I Looove the Andraya Carter plays!
She is def one of my favs on the team.

Crazy how they had Jones putting that pressure on UNC's guards. She's has quick feet and seems to be very athletic. Shakey ball handling though.

I also think they are relying toooo much on their outside shooting. On a cold night they would be down. They need to go inside to Graves & Izzy.

I hope Russell adjusts to the speed & physicality of the game. She did have some nice blocks.

Ariel is pretty solid in terms of ball handling & distributing. Good to see her shot go down.

I think the bigs had fouls and they were collapsing inside so it combined to set up a lot of three point shots for us.

Russell's offensive game is low post--period--at least for now. She needs to learn to use her body to establish position close to the basket--use her butt. Then she should get the ball from the wing--and when she does, turn and shoot with the ball up high. Or fake one way then turn and shoot the other--no dribbles. That is low post scoring by a big. She is playing good defense.

Lockwood will get Russell playing better by the end of the year. She was never tested in high school.

The refs have a LOT of leeway now to decide who will have the momentum. They will use it. You gotta make up for it by valuing the ball.
