Ogumike had 3 fouls in the first half and didn't get a 4th till right at the end,they should have went right after her in the 2nd half and made the effort to foul her out or get her parked on the bench for a while

They beat us at the three point line 21 to 12 that is the game. We really need to start setting up Carter and maybe Reynolds for a few more shots. The three is so valuable it is like two possessions. It pains me that we let them out rebound us 43 to 40 most of the damage was in the first half. I was wrong we won the second half 41 to 39. Another first half no show.

I knew they wouldn't foul her out no matter how many times she fouled just wasn't going to happen. Without her Stanford is not that good.

i have no idea why,but Simmons doesn't seem to be able to be consistent with her 3 pt shooting this year

For the last several years even before Holly we have played very tight in the first half against every big time opponent. We out talent everyone else but when it comes to being close to evenly matched we act like we are scared of the moment until its too late. I don't think we have had a player who really wanted the ball in the clutch since Candace. Simmons is always going to shoot the ball but her decision making against quality teams is suspect. I think the elite eight will be our ceiling again. We used to never be killed on the glass but those days are over.

The one good thing about this team is they don't fold up and lose by 20 like the previous 4 or 5 teams have. I will give them that, but our offense is just not very good. We need an offensive guru to come in and straighten this deal out. There are just too many turnovers and errant passes.

yea the unforced turnovers is what bothers me the most,that and the poor shooting % looking at the scoring by half's is disturbing too,it was the poor start to the game,that done them in,the Lady Vols did out score them in the 2nd half,Stanfords 13 to 0 run at the start of the game,is what did them in,I have no idea what the problem is to start the game
