Dunbar probably wont play and graves will probably start smdh

The starting Lineup should be;

PG-Cooper
SG-Carter
SF-Dunbar
PF-Nared
C-Russell

Run the 4 out 1 in and with the first subs go with;

PG-Cooper
SG-Reynolds
SF-Deshields
PF-Graves
C-Moore

Continue with the 4 out 1 in and have Moore at the high post and graves on the block.

This should be the rotation the rest of the way (until Diamond shows glimpse of herself and then she would replace Dunbar in the starting unit, if I was head coach. (Starting Graves and Russell together is one of our biggest issues and since Holly wont sit Russell in favor of someone else to hopefully light a spark under her that she was the top overall recruit and should be playing like it)

I agree with many posters on this board. At this point in the season, you need to be starting the 5 best players that give you a chance to win. That means also a short bench. To gain consistent chemistry and each player knowing what the others are doing, they have to spend quality minutes together. IMO, this how BBIQ develops, along with good coaching.That does not mean 5 minutes in the first quarter and then CHW mass substitutions. This is the big time, not youth baseball where everybody must play! Uconn used 7 players the other night against SC.Just saying......

I agree Balcomb will out coach Holly but I don't think our girls are determined enough that they will win. Players tend to take on the mindset of their coach.

Let us be real Teddy Rockspin could out coach Holly. She brings very little to the table even though the pantry is full. With Holly the lights are on but no one is home.

Middleton may not play sprained ankle. This might give Dunbar a chance to get more minutes.

What's really frustrating is CHW was tutored by one of the best in the business .

Has even one of Pat's "girls" ever won a championship on their own? Peck doesn't count, she was a Vandy grad and was left a great team at Purdue which she lead to a NC in spite of herself.
And SEC championships by Holly didn't show us anything either, did they? Other than she could win with Pat's recruits.

Progress ladies, your already one of the worse team in Lady Vols history, playing for the worst coach ever, sky is the limit. lol wuteva

Let's get tougher, Holly can say all what she wants too, her players still play when they want too. And she has to figure that out. One year away.

I am enjoying the progress of Reynolds, keep getting better. Russell and Reynolds I have enjoyed watching you two play the past couple of games. I was enjoying Cooper too, before she took the last game off, she's young.

Graves and Carter great job leading this team. wuteva.

I just wanna make the NCAA tournament, dat part did hurt to say or type. Sigh...frustrated. Disappointed. But the players have to want to not to lose too. We can't want it for them. They are in control of this team, Holly has work cut out for herself.

Assistant coach change next year for sure, cos something is not working out. Bring Caldwell back if she's fired, let Law go. Our guard play sucks.

Mane, we always get the duds. The recruits that turn out to be dud. I look at Mitchell gurl, she's going to take OSU to the final four, huh. We have no all conference players on our roster. Wow. Russell maybe second team. Cooper maybe all freshman, that's it.

Defense, rebounds, and good guard play win championships.


Go Lady Vols. I back Pat and roll with Holly.

The girls played a very solid first quarter and I'm the only one posting? I've said it before, but it really is remarkable how slow it gets around here when things are going well.

They almost always play well in the first quarter and sometimes second as well. It's the dreaded 3rd quarter where they fall apart.

It's softball season now....LV's currently waxing BYU 13-3....Our freshman are playing well :rock:

I'm here but I've been watching and not typing. Ball movement was pretty good. No TO's. 47% shooting. And Vandy stunk.

Yep, playing good and some of the newer "fans" disappear. It's not unusual.:hi:
