Seggern is coming around--has had some key hits. Most of McClain's hits seem to be grounders that she beats out--hey, whatever gets you on base. McSwain has been in and out of the lineup. I think we will need her, especially when facing left-handed pitching. Lockman seems to be gaining some confidence at the plate, too, and Rowland has been hitting. Good lineup.

Agreed. Scarlett has got to hit in order to get much pt. Her defense behind the plate is not much if any better than when she was at 3rd last year. Overall I think we have a better overall team than last year and more speed.

Utah and their whiny coach up next. Sun down, temperatures dropping rapidly.

Unless you've been in the desert you can't believe the temperature swing. 50 degree drop in 2 hours easy.

Utah will be very aggressive. This won't be easy. The NB effort was lethargic. Have to do better.
