I agree. That was a terrible call at the wrong time. Leadoff person made it a worse call. That ball was not in the strike zone period. It was off the plate & high. How could an ump make that call? Me must be half blind to have called that.

Don't think so. Umps are suppose to rotate. But all make terrible calls nonetheless.
