My prediction for Tennesse vs team USA. Ever body gets playing time today. No one gets thirty minutes or more. This game is about each player's getting a chance to play team USA. Not to try pull off a upset.But to give each of the player's a warm game for the season. Tennessee should be 2-1after Thursday night game because Kelly going to spread the playing time around to today. And One doesn't count for Tennesse season record.SO Tennessee will-- be 2 and 0 in games that counts.

The Lady Vols should try to WIN, otherwise don't play the game.

From what I saw, yes they do try to stop them, but always with mindfulness toward not hurting them. You want to be the practice guy that hurt Rickea? And the practice guys go all out trying to score themselves. No mercy there. A couple of them could really shoot.

Actually, when asked in her pressor, Kellie said there are no opportunities scheduled for the players to mix and mingle. So scratch that last part. I believe the USA team is leaving right after the game to go to Atlanta for practice w the rest of the roster before they go to Duke. She said USA hasn't practiced and are only meeting up here, probably practice today and tomorrow.

Actually, they did get a chance to meet and interact with the national team (I hope this Facebook link works)

As far as this game goes, I think what I'm mostly interested in is how Tennessee does with turnovers, both forced and unforced, the passing in general, and defensive consistency. I've looked at Team USA's lineup. Not going to worry about the final score. I just want to see if Tennessee can operate out of sets, run plays, and get action consistenly enough to get good looks.

I want to also keep track of "missed gimmies" but Lord that can wear a soul out some games.

Then that means they will not try to win. The narrative will be about what a privilege it is for the Lady Vols just to be on the same court with the WNBA players.

Fun to watch so far! Definitely has a scrimmage feel but both teams are betting after it.
