Sorry to be positive, but I'm seeing some good things this game. Nared is finally getting it together. She was really hurt by missing the first half of the season and it's taken a while to get playing well again. Everyone, incl CHW and the announcers, have finally recognized that DD isn't all that and needs to get her act together, particularly in regard to turnovers. Russell is playing more aggressively. Dunbar is 2-4 from behind the arc and hasn't made any egregious mistakes on defense. We really needed to have all these things happen.

Holdsclaw supports the Lady Vols and the players, but she did not utter one line of support for Holly.

I don't know if she's injured or not but she looks awful out there today. They really would be better if she rode the pine in the second half.

We'll either put this game away in the third or let them back in it. I want to see if this team has any killer instinct after all the leads they have let slip away.

Yep. It looks like times have changed for UT women's bb where the lower no good SEC teams have a chance at beating the once powerful & dependable Lady Vols.

I just wish it would last the whole season but I doubt it will.

It's a 4 quarter game. Let's see what happens. In addition, this is just one game against a mediocre team like ours. If you cannot see how wrong CHW is with what she wants the roster to do, how they go about executing it, and which players she uses at various times - well, you are going to be busy giving excuses for LV performance for awhile.

We've spread the court a little better against the zone today. We still get bunched up on offense occasionally but I did see some progress. Now if players will just give up the ball for the open shot and quit trying to pass into a post that is tripled teamed we will score more often.

I did notice she clutched her knee on that collision with the Alabama player but only the Bama girl didnt get up - it looked like Deshields got the worst of it but must be playing with the pain

Easy to do against a terrible Alabama team. This game should be more like a practice game to Tenn.

Diamond's Failures are Holly's decision to force her to play an offense that doesn't exist, we have no offense, just get the ball into the Post isn't the offense, Diamond is turning the ball over more because she is having to think too much instead of being allowed to just play. Her body language is showing it but she is playing just how Holly is asking her to play and yet she is still getting ridiculed
